Come Well-Rested
It’s important to come mentally prepared – you may end up on the floor interacting with our kiddos for the clinical interview!
Attire
Administrative candidates and staff are expected to dress in business casual attire. Field candidates and staff are more casual – just be sure to wear close toed shoes and remove any dangly jewelry.
Ask Questions
Thoughtful questions demonstrate your interest and passions – ask away!
Be honest
Tell us about your expectations, experience and qualifications. If you don’t know something it’s OK we pride ourselves on our ability to train. We need to know where to best place you, being dishonest creates barriers to training.
Do Your Research

Relax & be yourself
Genuine interest and positive attitude can help you make a good impression.
Talk with other staff
