Effective ABA programs require a group of clinical professionals with specialized training and certification within the field. Our centers are comprised of:
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Master’s level practitioners with specialized coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Minimum number of supervised hours in the field
- Certification from our national board, Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Adherence to ethical and practice guidelines
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
- Bachelor’s level practitioners with specialized coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Minimum number of supervised hours in the field
- Certification from our national board, Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Adherence to ethical and practice guidelines
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Paraprofessional level practitioner with 40 hours of ABA training
- Works under the supervision of BCBA and BCaBA staff
- Adherence to ethical guidelines
